Terms and Conditions
When training has been agreed a deposit of £100 will be required as confirmation. The remaining balance payable 14 days before commencement of training.
If booking is cancelled prior to 14 days before arranged course then a full refund of deposit will be given.
Within 14 days of start date a charge of 50% of the deposit.
Within 7 days of start date a charge of 75% of deposit.
Cancellation or failure to attend the day 100% of deposit.
All training is undertaken entirely at customers own risk. No liability will be accepted by Devon trailer training for any injury, loss or damage whatsoever.
Health and Safety- Duty of Care
Candidates and employees have a duty of care to take care of themselves and others in so far that is reasonably practicable who may be affected by their acts or omissions.
Customer Parking
The use of Westpoint parking is free when on your course and entirely at your own risk.
Please note – Risk Assessment
All candidates already hold a full category B car driving licence. They should be familiar with the Highway code and skilled in the requirement to drive a motor vehicle. It is not possible to foresee and take the relevant action for every potential hazard. There many different and varying degrees of risk whilst driving a motor vehicle but these should be familiar to those encountered everyday by an experienced car driver. However the candidate will need to assume some degree of responsibility for their actions during the training course.
All equipment is to be kept at a high standard. All training given by a qualified driving Instructor.
